Ms. Young is a Senior Consultant at BSI Consulting with over 25 years of practical experience in EHS compliance and management systems, including process safety and overall risk management, for companies in the chemical, oil & gas, food & beverage, utilities, and banking/finance industries. She partners with clients to design, implement, and continuously improve their EHS processes to make it easier for them to comply with applicable EHS laws/regulations, conform to international/industry standards, and maintain operational resilience. Ms. Young is a certified lead auditor for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RC14001/RCMS; and has experience with OSHA VPP and ISO 9001.
